Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Each year during Reunion Weekend, University Advancement celebrates members of the Assumption community with our annual Alumni Awards Ceremony.

We need your support in recognizing our incredible alumni. Nominations will be open year-round but reviews will begin early in the calendar year so we can select and connect with all the winners ahead of Reunion Weekend in June.

Assumption's Alumni Awards include:

Jack L. Bresciani '72 Outstanding Alumni Award
The Outstanding Alumni Award shall be given to an alumnus/a who have distinguished themselves by their outstanding dedication and service to Assumption University.

Fr. Louis Dion, A.A. '35 Outstanding Achievement Award
The Outstanding Achievement Award shall be given to an alumnus/a who has demonstrated exceptional achievement in his/her chosen field or interest. Qualifications sought in candidates may include, but are not limited to, outstanding leadership skills, community service, business accomplishments, preeminence in teaching or research, and/or entrepreneurship.

Young Alumni Award
The Young Alumni Award shall be awarded to an alumnus/a who has graduated within the past 15 years and has demonstrated professional and/or civic accomplishments through their career and/or service to their community, as well as a strong devotion to the University.

Honorary Alumni Award
The Honorary Alumni Award shall be awarded to non-graduates of Assumption University, in recognition of their outstanding devotion and commitment to the University.
